About The Cocoa Beach Pier Restaurants

The Cocoa Beach Pier consists of THREE different restaurants. As a server at the Cocoa Beach Pier, you’ll be trained to work all of these outlets.

PIER ’62-Our newly remodeled indoor restaurant with 360 degrees ocean views, also a brand new bar that has indoor and outdoor seating. Guests have the option to sit inside and cool off in the AC or dine along the rail of the Pier overlooking the ocean. The new restaurant also has a brand new Asian inspired menu including fresh spring rolls, sushi, and craft sake cocktails.

THE BOARDWALK BAR-The boardwalk is our first bar/restaurant that guests get to experience. This is a “seat yourself” restaurant where guests can come right off the beach and get a bite to eat or a refreshing cocktail overlooking the busy beach.

RIKKI TIKI TAVERN-Our beautiful tiki bar which sits at the end of our 800 ft long Pier. This is not only a bar but a restaurant with plenty of seating with beautiful views of the ocean. This is also a “seat yourself” restaurant where guests can enjoy any of our delicious menu items or just enjoy one of our cocktails while relaxing.

Job Description

Serves meals and beverages to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties:

DUTIES

• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Takes guests orders as well as any allergy information for the table.
• Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Completes all assigned side works and special projects
• Must have complete menu and bar knowledge
• Totals bill and accepts payment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
